(CercleFinance.com) – Ericsson announces that yesterday, the New York District Court dismissed the securities lawsuit brought by certain shareholders against Ericsson.
In its decision, “the court rejected in full the plaintiff’s allegations that Ericsson had misled the investors and concluded that Ericsson had not breached any disclosure obligations to the investors”, continues the company.
This decision is subject to appeal by the applicant. Ericsson announces that it will continue to vigorously defend this case in the event of an appeal.
Ericsson also announced this week that Nasdaq Stockholm has officially closed its review of Ericsson’s public disclosure regarding the 2019 Iraq report.
