(CercleFinance.com) – Ericsson and Telefônica Brazil, acting as Vivo, have signed a six-year agreement that will make Ericsson Charging a strategic platform for the various charging needs of Vivo’s consumers and business customers.
Ericsson Charging will replace the old B2C or B2B charging platforms, which will translate into optimized costs and agility in all Vivo operations, says Ericsson longtime partner of Vivo.
‘The Ericsson Charging solution enables service providers to realize, create and capitalize on new digital opportunities’, summarizes Eduardo Ricotta, CEO of Ericsson Latin America.
