SOE Minister Erick Thohir reshuffles the commissioners of PT PLN (Persero). This reshuffle is in accordance with the results of the General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) of PLN through the Decree of the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) number SK-239/MBU/07/2021 on July 16, 2021.
Erick Thohir appointed and appointed Susiwijono Moegiarso, Heru Winarko, and Alex Iskandar Munaf as PLN Commissioners. The GMS also honorably dismissed Ilya Avianti, Murtaqi Syamsuddin, Deden Juhara and Mohammad Rudy Salahuddin as commissioners of PLN.
The following is the composition of the commissioners PLN:
1. Amien Sunaryadi – President Commissioner/Independent Commissioner
2. Suahasil Nazara – Deputy President Commissioner
3. Mohamad Ikhsan – Commissioner
4. Rida Mulyana – Commissioner
5. Dudy Purwagandhi – Commissioner
6. Eko Sulistyo – Commissioner
7. Ardan Adiperdana – Commissioner
8. Susiwijono Moegiarso – Commissioner
9. Heru Winarko – Independent Commissioner
10. Alex Iskandar Munaf – Independent Commissioner
