Minister of SOEs Erick Thohir overhaul and change the nomenclature of the directors of PT Indonesian Fertilizer (Persero). Erick appointed two new members of the company’s directors.
This decision is contained in SK-237/MBU/07/2021 dated July 16, 2021 concerning Dismissal, Change of Position Nomenclature, Transfer of Duties, and Appointment of Members of the Board of Directors of PT Pupuk Indonesia (Persero).
He appointed Listiarini Dewajanti as Director of Finance and Investment of Pupuk Indonesia replacing Eko Taufik Wibowo. Listiarini, previously the Senior Executive Vice President (SEVP) Treasury & Global Service of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk or BRI.
Furthermore, Erick added a new director position, namely the Director of Portfolio and Business Development. This new position was filled by Jamsaton Nababan, who previously served as President Director of PT Pertamina EP Cepu.
Then, the SOE Minister also changed the nomenclature of the HR & Governance Directorate to the HR, Governance, and Risk Management Directorate. However, this position is still filled by Winardi.
Corporate Secretary of PT Pupuk Indonesia Tedy Nawardin said that with the new nomenclature, the Board of Directors of PT Pupuk Indonesia increased from seven to now eight directors. He stated that the entire Pupuk Indonesia family appreciates the performance of the board of directors who have served with high dedication and integrity.
