Minister of State -Owned Enterprises (BUMN) Erick Thohir reshuffled the board of directors of a number of state-owned companies in the past week. This is done through the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS).
First, Erick dismantled the board of directors of PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. He appointed the Finance Director of PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk Donny Arsal as the President Director of Semen Indonesia.
Donny replaces Hendi Prio Santoso, who previously sat at the helm of the BUMN Semen Indonesia.
In addition, Erick appointed several new members to the board of directors of Semen Indonesia. They are Yosviandri as Director of Operations, Aulia Mulki as Director of Strategic Business and Business Development, and Agung Wiharto as Director of Human Resources and General Affairs.
In addition to appointing new members, Erick dismissed the old members of the board of directors. The details are Hendi, then Benny Wendry from the chair of the director of production, Tri Abisatrijo from the director of engineering and projects, Fadjar Judisiawan from the director of business strategy and business development, and Tina T Kemala from the director of HR and law.
Second, Erick reshuffled the composition of Jasa Marga’s board of directors. He appointed Ade Wahyu as the company’s Finance Director.
Ade replaced Donny who got a new mandate to become the number one person in Semen Indonesia.
Then, the shareholders also appointed Reza Febriano as Business Director replacing Mohamad Agus Setiawan. Agus was later transferred to the position of Director of Business Development replacing Arsal Ismail.
Then, Bagus Cahya Arinta B. was appointed as Director of Human Capital and Transformation. Bagus replaces Enkky Sasono Anas Wijaya who was dismissed from this position.
Third, Erick changed the composition of the board of directors of PT Timah (Persero). There are four directors who have been reshuffled.
He removed Mochtar Riza Pahlevi from his position as president director of Timah and appointed Achmad Ardianto as his replacement. Later, Alwin Akbar was appointed to replace Agus Pratama as Timah’s Director of Operations.
Subsequently, Erick removed Wibisono as director of finance and risk management and appointed M Krisna Sjarif as his replacement.
Lastly, Yennita was appointed as Timah’s Director of Human Resources to replace Muhammad Rizki.
Bukit Asam
Fourth, Erick dismantled the directors of PT Bukit Asam Tbk. He appointed former director of Jasa Marga’s business development Arsal as President Director of Bukit Asam.
Arsal replaces Suryo Eko Hadianto, who was previously the first person at Bukit Asam. In addition, the shareholders also appointed Suherman as Director of Human Resources and Rafli Yandra as Director of Business Development.
Fifth, PT PAL Indonesia (Persero). Erick shifted the position of Didik Prasetyo from the position of Acting President Commissioner of PT PAL to become Director of PTPN VIII.
Keenam, PT Aneka Tambang Tbk alias Antam. Erick appointed Nicholas D Kanter as President Director of Antam to replace Dana Amin, who has served since 19 December 2019.
Besides Nicholas, Erick also appointed Basar Simanjuntak as Director of Human Resources replacing Luki Setiawan Suardi. Then there was Elisabeth RT Siahaan as Director of Finance and Risk Management who replaced Anton Herdianto.
Then, the position of Director of Operations and Production was shifted from Risono to I Dewa Bagus Sugata Wirantaya.
Seventh, PT Pupuk Indonesia (Persero). Erick replaced two directors, namely the director of finance and investment and the director of HR, governance and risk management.
Erick appointed Wono Budi Tjahyono as Director of Finance and Investment replacing Listiarini Dewajanti. Previously, Wono had a career at PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) as Senior Vice President of Corporate Banking.
In addition, Erick also appointed Tina T Kemala Intan as Director of HR, Governance, and Risk Management replacing Winardi. Tina previously served as Director of HC and Legal at PT Semen Indonesia (Persero).
