Erick Thohir Changes the Composition of the Commissioners and Directors of Kimia Farma Page all

JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – Minister of State Owned Enterprises (BUMN) Erick Thohir remodel the composition of the board of directors and commissioners at PT Kimia Farma Tbk.

The reshuffle took place at Kimia Farma’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) which was held on Wednesday (28/4/2021).

Quoting the official statement issued by Kimia Farma, the shareholders agreed to honorably dismiss Alexander K. Ginting from the position of president commissioner of the company.

In exchange, Erick and other shareholders appointed Abdul Kadir.

Not only that, the AGMS also decided to dismiss Nurrachman from the position of Independent Commissioner, Chrisma Aryani Albandjar from the position of Commissioner and Pardiman from the position of Finance Director of Kimia Farma.

In exchange, shareholders appointed Kamelia Faisal as Independent Commissioner, Dwi Ary Purnomo as Commissioner, and Lina Sari as Director of Finance and Risk Management for Kimia Farma.

“The AGM has also decided to change the nomenclature of the directors of PT Kimia Farma Tbk, namely Director of Finance to Director of Finance and Risk Management,” said Kimia Farma’s official statement quoted on Saturday (1/5/2021).

With these changes, Kimia Farma’s new board of commissioners and directors is as follows:

• Business Development Director: Imam Fathorrahman
• Production & Supply Chain Director: Andi Prazos
• General Director & Human Capital: Dharma Syahputra

For your information, Pharmaceutical chemistry was hit by a lopsided issue because there were employees from its subsidiary, PT Kimia Farma Diagnostika, who were involved in the use of a rapid test tool. Used antigens at Kualanamu Airport, North Sumatra.

The case itself had made the former Inter Milan boss furious. For Erick, actions carried out by unscrupulous Kimia Farma officers have hurt the noble duties of the public servant profession in the health sector.

On that basis, Kimia Farma officers who use used Antigen rapid test kits must be punished with strict punishment.

Erick could not understand why such unethical and health-threatening actions could occur. Moreover, the perpetrators were employees of state-owned companies which incidentally had to provide maximum service to the people.

“I myself asked all those involved, to know and those who carried out being fired and strictly prosecuted,” said the former Inter Milan boss, Thursday (29/4/2021).
