Erick Thohir changes PLN commissioners, here is the complete list

Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia – The Ministry of State Owned Enterprises (BUMN) as a shareholder of PT PLN (Persero) appointed four new commissioners and extended the terms of office of two directors of PT PLN (Persero).

This was confirmed at the General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) on Thursday (14/11/2024) at the BUMN Ministry Office, Jakarta.

Based on PLN’s official statement, this GMS agreed to honorably dismiss the ranks of commissioners, including:

1. Suahasil Nazara as Deputy Chief Commissioner

2. Nawal Nely as Commissioner

3. Mohamad Ikhsan as Commissioner

4. Arcandra Tahar as Independent Commissioner

5. Dudy Purwagandhi as Commissioner

And he confirmed the dismissal of Charles Sitorus as Independent Commissioner.

The GMS also appointed a new line of Commissioners which included:

1. Suahasil Nazara as Deputy Chief Commissioner

2. Aminuddin Ma’ruf as Commissioner

3. Jisman P. Hutajulu as Commissioner

4. Yazid Fanani as Independent Commissioner

5. Ali Masykur Musa as Independent Commissioner

With this decision, the latest version of the PLN Board of Commissioners has been changed to the following:

1. Burhanuddin Abdullah as Chairman Commissioner and Independent Commissioner

2. Suahasil Nazara as Deputy Chief Commissioner

3. Susiwijono Moegiarso as Commissioner

4. Aminuddin Ma’ruf as Commissioner

5. Dadan Kusdiana as Commissioner

6. Jisman P. Hutajulu as Commissioner

7. Mutanto Juwono as Independent Commissioner

8. Andi Arief as Independent Commissioner

9. Yazid Fanani as Independent Commissioner

10. Ali Masykur Musa as Independent Commissioner

The GMS also reappointed Darmawan Prasodjo as President Director and Sinthya Roesly as Finance Director.

With this appointment, the final composition of the PLN Board of Directors is as follows:

1. Darmawan Prasodjo as Chief Director

2. Sinthya Roesly as Finance Director

3. Yusuf Didi Setiarto as Director of Legal and Human Capital Management

4. Evy Haryadi as Director of Transmission and System Design

5. Edi Srimulyanti as Retail and Trade Director

6. Hartanto Wibowo as Director of Corporate Planning and Business Development

7. Wiluyo Kusdwiharto as Director of Project Management and New Renewable Energy

8. Adi Lumakso as Director of Generation Management

9. Adi Priyanto as Distribution Director

10. Suroso Isnandar as Director of Risk Management.
