Minister of SOEs Erick Thohir through the Ministry BUMN reshuffle the board of commissioners of PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk. This was approved in the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders (EGMS), Friday (27/8).
Jasa Marga’s Corporate Communication and Community Development Group Head Dwimawan Heru said the company’s shareholders decided to confirm the dismissal of Eman Salman Arief as an Independent Commissioner.
Meanwhile, the shareholders appointed Yohanes Baptista Satya Sananugraha as Commissioner. Then, the GMS also decided to reappoint Subakti Syukur as the President Director of Jasa Marga.
“The Extraordinary GMS has decided to change the composition of the company’s management, namely to honorably reappoint Subakti Syukur as President Director, confirming the honorable discharge of Eman Salman Arief as Independent Commissioner,” said Dwimawan in an official statement, Friday (27/8).
He explained that the EGMS was held using the Electronic General Meeting System (eASY) facilities developed by PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI).
eASY KSEI is a system used by shareholders in electronically authorizing other parties to attend GMS.
