Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia – Minister of State Owned Enterprises (BUMN) Erick Thohir carried out a reshuffle of the board of directors at PT Rajawali Nusantara Indonesia (Persero). Erick removed Eko Taufik Wibowo from the position of managing director. Eko was replaced by former President Director of PT Food Station Tjipinang Jaya Arief Prasetyo Adi, a DKI Jakarta Regional Owned Enterprise (BUMD) which is engaged in the food sector.
This determination was marked by the submission of the Decree of the Minister of BUMN Number: SK-365 / MBU / 011/2020 which was carried out online, on Monday, November 16, 2020.
As quoted from the release of PT RNI, this determination is in line with the efforts of the Ministry of BUMN in strengthening the role of RNI in leading the BUMN Food Cluster towards the food business integration process in order to increase the contribution of BUMN in realizing national food security and sovereignty.

Arief Prasetyo Adi is the President Director
Febriyanto is the Director of Business Development and Control
Pramusti Indrascaryo is the Director of Finance
Endang Suraningsih is the Director of Asset Management
J. Nanang Marjianto is the Director of HR.
