Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia – Minister of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) Erick Thohir honorably dismissed the Director of Finance, Human Resources, and General Affairs of the Indonesian Trading Company (Persero) Kindy Rinaldy Syahrir. Erick then appointed and appointed Wien Irwanto as Director of Finance, Risk Management, Human Resources, and General Affairs.
The decision was taken at the GMS which took place virtually, Thursday (1/7/2021). The dismissal and appointment of members of the Board of Directors of PT PPI (Persero) is carried out through a Decree of the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises as the General Meeting of Shareholders Number: SK-221/MBU/07/2021 dated July 1, 2021.
“Today we have received a new PPI change of directors. We express our gratitude for the devotion, dedication, and contribution of Mr. Kindy Rinaldy Syahrir for the progress of PPI so far,” said Syailendra as Head of the PPI Corporate Secretariat in a press release received by CNBC Indonesia in Jakarta , Friday (2/7/2021).
“We also welcome and are ready to work together with the hope that the joining of Mr. Wien Irwanto will further improve the company’s performance in supporting shareholders’ plans in the food holding process and the merger of BGR into PPI and other company targets going forward,” he continued.
Thus, the composition of the board of directors of PT PPI is as follows:
Nina Sulistyowati as President Director
Andry Tanudjaja as Director of Commercial and Development
Eko Budianto as Director of Operations
Wien Irwanto as Director of Finance, Risk Management, Human Resources, and General Affairs.
