The deputy and number two of the Department Eric Ciotti (Les Républicains) inaugurated this weekend an exhibition dedicated to the artist Hergé. The opportunity to tackle throughout his speech the cultural policy of the Town Hall, led by his great enemy Christian Estrosi (Horizons).
