Download the TeleClinic App on your smartphone. Simply scan the QR-Code. When registering, please make sure that you have the Enter DKV and your insurance number. This is the only way to be recognized as a DKV customer and benefit from the premium service. All those with full health insurance can take part in the program, including those with the BestMed BMG tariff, with the exception of those insured with the basic, standard and emergency tariff.
