Talks between Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and his Ukrainian and Russian counterparts are moving in a “positive direction”.
Erdogan himself said this in a regular briefing after a government meeting.
The president did not provide any further details.
Negotiators on both sides are due to begin two days of face-to-face talks in Istanbul on Tuesday.
