Epstein case: the testimony of Virginia Giuffre, one of his victims, questioned in another trial

Virginia Giuffre is one of Jeffrey Epstein’s most high profile accusers. The survivor of the former tycoon’s informal prostitution ring, claims the latter pushed her into the hands of Harvard law professor Alan Dershowitz. The latter accuses him of wanting to extort money from him, and of having already done so in the past with other men …

Virginia Giuffre was underage when she fell into the hands of the evil couple Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell. After paid and / or coerced sex with the former tycoon American in the early 2000s, Virginia Giuffre asserts that her sexual services were kindly offered by Jeffrey Epstein to Prince Andrew and the famous law professor Alan Dershowitz several times. A photo, widely reported by the media, shows Virginia Giuffre, then a young woman, alongside Prince Andrew. A cliché which attests that the two knew each other. The “survivor of this network”, as she presents herself, reportedly had intercourse with the two men on several occasions. In 2015, Virginia Giuffre founded an association “the victims refuse silence“to make its history known. In 2016, she filed a lawsuit against the lawyer emeritus Alan Dershowitz. Confidential documents were revealed on Friday, August 14 in the wake of this trial at Manhattan Federal Court according to the New York Post.

Allegations questioned

According to these documents unveiled by Alan Dershowitz, Virginia Giuffre allegedly used scabrous details about former Victoria’s Secret brand boss Les Wexner, like her tastes in lingerie or her sexual preferences, to accuse him of sexual abuse several years ago. An amicable settlement would then have been found, as the former lawyer of Les Wexner reported to Alan Dershowitz. A transcript of a phone call between the two men dating from 2015 would attest to this. The former Victoria’s Secret boss has let it be known that he will not testify in this case. “We believe that Mr. Wexner has no inside information regarding a claim or defense regarding Mr. Dershowitz’s allegations of an extortion scheme. With respect to the prosecution’s other allegations, we believe that Mr. Wexner’s testimony would place an unreasonable burden on him as his testimony would be irrelevant and / or proportionate to the needs of the prosecution“said his lawyer.

It remains to be seen whether this new line of defense – Virginia Giuffre who would bring these lawsuits to make money – is verified. It could also be an attempt to distract public attention from the charges against Alan Deshowitz. Namely that the latter would have had sexual relations under duress with a young underage girl at the time of the facts, through the intermediary of Jeffrey Epstein.
