Today we will talk about how and how to do yoga.
Usually, people start exercising for several reasons.

I first started doing yoga to lose weight.
I’ve never learned exercise properly.
I was so scared that I often skipped physical education class.
I was far from moving.
The first yoga I did was quite difficult.
For the first month, I suffered from muscle pain as if I had been beaten.
However, after a month, it became a behavior that did not work.
There are things I can do while exercising there too.
I think I went to yoga diligently because of that sense of accomplishment. (Laughs)
First, you need to check your life pattern!
1. Do you have enough time to sleep?
Exercise is only effective if you sleep well.
On days when I can’t sleep, the effect of exercise is slower.
Muscle pain increases several times, making it very painful even when exercising.
2. How much movement is in my life?
If you are someone who usually works a lot
Rest should come before exercise.
If you are someone who doesn’t move often
It’s a good idea to add exercise to your life.
3. Where does it usually hurt?
Check where I usually hurt.
If your neck and shoulders are tight and stuffy
It is also a good idea to do some light exercise before or after starting your day’s work.
If your pelvis or legs feel heavy
It is helpful to do vigorous exercise that increases blood circulation.
If you don’t have strength, exercising a little bit every day will help you build stamina.
There are many yoga movements.

Breathing and relaxing movements, etc.
Check how I am today
It is best to increase your exercise little by little.
So, I advise those who are doing yoga for the first time.
I started doing yoga once a week.
If you feel interested, we recommend increasing the number to two to three times a week.
I think the most important thing is to be interested!
Yoga centers often hold classes according to the program.
Sometimes it’s difficult to take classes that fit my body!
Then, try stretching your body lightly at home.
It’s also a good idea to search for yoga on YouTube and try it as much as you want!
