The Region of Epirus through the “Social Solidarity Network” of the Directorate of Social Care in collaboration with the Directorate of Civil Protection has already proceeded to send four large loads of basic necessities and bottled water to those affected by the catastrophic floods in the Region of Thessaly.
On behalf of the “Network”, warm thanks are expressed to all fellow citizens who responded to his call and through a pan-Elite mobilization, both on an individual and collective level, offered their humanity and solidarity to our fellow human beings who are in despair.
The Services of the Region of Epirus are in daily communication and cooperation with the corresponding ones of the Region of Thessaly, so that with coordinated actions the aid reaches the affected in a timely manner.
The collection of essential items continues in all Regional Units daily during working days and hours at the Addresses:
