Epic releases anti-cheat tools and voice chat to developers

Epic Games has released tools that allow game developers to put voice chat and anti-cheating tools into their games for free. They are part of Epic Online Services, a number of tools that work with game engines on a variety of platforms.

Voice chat is a multi-platform, writes The Verge, and has been developed for Fortnite but is now becoming widely available. The anti-cheating tool is called Easy Anti-Cheat and was previously licensed. Both services are thus available free of charge. More info here.
