Recently EPIC GAMES STORE updated Terms of useHere are a few key points:
– The store does not guarantee that the game will work normally after the purchase.
– The company can take the game from the user unilaterally even after payment, if they notice violations.
– EGS does not guarantee that by downloading the game you will not infect your PC with a virus.
– You can not insult in games and oppress on any grounds.
Violation of any clauses of the user agreement may result in an account ban without compensation of costs and explanation of the reasons. And in some situations, the user may remain indebted to the store owners.
There is also a clause in the document that allows EGS to change the terms of the user agreement at any time without notifying customers. This forces users to regularly monitor changes to the agreement in order to avoid violating the new rules.
