Three letters worry homeowners and prospective homeowners: EPC. A house with a weak EPC score, i.e. a house that is not very energy efficient, is worth much less than a house with a good score. And changing scores isn’t cheap. Getting a push in the right direction from the government is not easy. How do we make our homes future-proof? And what is the price of a good EPC?
