Focus on common issues It shares methods for highlighting common issues and building the ability to speak with colleagues who share different viewpoints. I use this method to optimize collaboration between co-workers.
last season I had the opportunity to work with a colleague named “Mark” who had a different attitude and way of working than mine. However, we decided to focus on areas where we work in harmony. which is to present the importance of teamwork and the importance of creating quality work.
We start with me presenting my information and how I work. It focuses on the goals of the work and what I consider to be effective ways to achieve them. But I did not focus on the differences between us.
