The incident gave new coach Enzo Maresca an early challenge in managing the team, as captain Reece James and defender Axel Disasi, two of the team’s key figures, had made efforts to consult held by the players to contain the situation.

It should be noted that Disasi is one of six French players taking part in the Chelsea tour, which also includes Wesley Fofana, Benoit Badichele, Malou Giusto, Leslie Ugochukwu and Christopher Nkunku .

After apologizing, Fernandes took part in team training and had lunch with his teammates, expressing his desire to make amends and restore the team’s trust.
