Enz is the first Swiss to receive US speaker award

You know them from YouTube channels like TedTalk and Greator, or they speak at company events or forums: the speakers. But only a few can actually make a living from it and even fewer can call themselves CSP® – Certified Speaking Professional.

In a remarkable recognition of his work, Daniel Enz from St.Gallen, a respected sales trainer and speaker, was honored with the coveted CSP award. This ceremony took place on August 2nd in Denver/Colorado, USA, and marks a historic moment, as Enz is the first and only Swiss speaker to receive this award.

The CSP Award is known for its rigor and excellence. But unlike the Oscars, the CSP is not simply awarded, but must be earned through a rigorous selection process. This underlines the exceptional performance of Enz, who has met the program’s demanding criteria.

The award goes through three crucial phases:

  1. Written documentation: Candidates must provide evidence of over 250 paid appearances in the last five years, which must be convincing not only quantitatively but also in terms of the specified revenue achieved.
  2. Customer feedback: 40 of those customers were then contacted directly and had to provide detailed, written feedback on the services and the collaboration with the candidate within 10 days.
  3. Expert jury evaluation: An international jury of experts examines a 45-minute video including a transcript of a presentation by the candidate. The structure, dramaturgy, storyline and interaction are carefully examined and evaluated.
