The municipal team will meet on Monday June 14 at 6.30 p.m. in the large hall of Vallonnière.
The first deliberations will focus on the environment and energy: the renewal of the Vallon des Échets management delegation agreement for 2021 with the Metropolis and the municipalities of Fontaines-Saint-Martin, Fleurieu and Rochetaillée; the authorization agreement for the passage and marking of the GR169 “Métropole de Lyon par les forts” trail on the municipal area with the Departmental Hiking Committee; the support agreement for the organization of a group purchase of green electricity and gas for Cailloutains with the company Wikipower; and finally, the Shared Energy Consulting Agreement (CEP) with the Lyon Region Energy Management Union (Sigerly).
The elected officials will then discuss several financial files: the agreement allowing the free provision of the “Fiscalis” management software to the municipality; the municipal prices for the school canteen and the study; and finally, the allocation of exceptional grants to the Music Society and to the Musique en Franc Lyonnais association.
Education will then be approached with an amendment to extend the Territorial Education Plan (PEDT). Then, it will be a question of creating or modifying several posts relating to the school: a post of referent for the meridian break for elementary school on an annualized non-full-time basis, as of July 1; the increase in the working time of a maintenance and assistance agent at the elementary school canteen as of July 1; and finally, the creation of a job within the framework of the Parcours Emploi Compétences scheme for 26 hours for a period of 9 months from 25 June.
Finally, elected officials will discuss the transfer of the wedding hall and the council chamber during the renovation work of the town hall and the public inquiry relating to the production of batches of rabies vaccine (VRVG) and the construction of a new “Evolutive Vaccine Facility” (EVF) production building by the company Sanofi Pasteur in the town of Neuville.
