Invited last Tuesday to the Sup de Com establishment, economic operator Christian Kerangall went to talk to his audience about entrepreneurship. This organized exchange in the Modigliani & Miller amphitheater had the theme: “One of the rare paths to success”. During his lecture, the speaker gave some keys to success to the many young people who came to listen to him. “I do not transmit what I know, but what I am,” he emphasized from the outset. The speaker thus focused his presentation on the entrepreneur, philosophy and strategy, time, the market, people, wealth creation, communication and life cycles. Christian Kerangall has some tips on how to be a good entrepreneur. The president and CEO of the Sogafric Group and the La Compagnie du Komo Holding said that entrepreneurship is a path of “obstacles, uncertainties and challenges, and an example of endurance, self-sacrifice and extraordinary willpower.
According to the author of the book “Memory in Black and White”, an entrepreneur must cultivate himself. “Training lasts a lifetime, you have to be curious, you have to read. Reading and writing are structuring for the fixation of knowledge in the mind of each person,” he recommends. He also invited all those who aspire to pursue an entrepreneurial career to cultivate exemplarity, high standards, humility and politeness. “Be surrounded only by professionals and help good minds to become professionals,” he advises.
