The Cluster of the Entertainment, Sports and Food Industry (Cieda), questioned Governor Jaime Rodríguez because he gave the power to manage all the economic decisions of the state “to a group of doctors” who, although they are health professionals, do not know how to balance the social and economic well-being of the community.
Through a letter addressed to Governor Jaime Rodríguez Calderón, the members of the Cluster complained that the communication channels with the Ministry of Health are bureaucratic, deficient and unilateral.
“This sanitary authoritarianism of our public servants stops any attempt at friendly and purposeful dialogue,” they point out.
In the document, the agency also noted that in this health crisis they have violated in the state constitutional rights of adults over 65 and children under 12.
In the letter, the Cieda not only exposes the situation that this sector is going through productive but external their right to free expression as citizens and businessmen.
“Mr. Governor, we urgently consider guaranteeing the continuity of operations to companies that comply with sanitary protocols and thus safeguard the jobs of thousands of families in Nuevo León.”
Entrepreneurs ask the governor to quickly and expeditiously address the crucial needs of thousands of entrepreneurs who have opted to invest their capital and years of life in a company with the hope of creating a wealth for their family, and that, at the same time time, generates thousands of sources of employment for the state.
According to the members of the Cluster, in this health crisis they have trampled and intimidated the constitutional rights of adults over 65 and children under 12 in the state, since there is no law that can prohibit or skew your individual guarantees.
“All citizens have the right to transit and enter any establishment as Mexicans that we are ”.
In the letter they asked the governor of the State to find a way that all people under their own will can enter any establishment, regardless of the age that you consider vulnerable, “it is for the same reason that we have been working with sanitary protocols for a year to safeguard the health of all people in the state,” said the group .
