“Today, casinos seek to convey a contemporary aesthetic, away from the dark, overloaded and closed spaces that characterized them”, said the architect Spodek, who highlighted that “our studio develops the design of such spaces in each of its details, using noble and quality materials, with sophisticated and harmonious color palettes at the same time. In addition, we incorporate contemporary art in strategic places, state-of-the-art technology for communication, and warm and scenic lighting in order to create pleasant, dreamy and magical environments ”.

“In short, he said, our challenge is to create a unique aesthetic for each case, with a touch of daring and sensuality, but with elegance, technology and contemporaneity. We consider it important, due to the unconventional use of certain materials, that these spaces make a difference with those of daily use. “

Then, referring to the limited capacity in public places to contain the pandemic, the architect Spodek indicated: “Beyond the incorporation of signage and sanitation stations, air conditioning systems are also gaining special importance, which now require greater air renewal and more powerful filters. And although this moment will pass, it is clear that there are cares that will be incorporated into the conduct of people and organizations ”.

It should be noted that during 2020 the Spodek Study continued to work remotely, developing projects and being in permanent contact with advisors and work teams through periodic virtual meetings. Thanks to this, following the protocols of the case, the firm was able to finish the works started previously in different Argentine provinces.

“The new year finds us strengthened, combining face-to-face and remote tasks to carry out and advance the works in progress, as well as new projects that are in full state of design and documentation,” concluded the architect Spodek.
