Entertainer Gordon (55) to Undergo Surgery for Torn Meniscus – Details Revealed on Radio Program!

Gordon (55) has a torn meniscus and will soon undergo surgery. The entertainer said this himself on Sunday in the radio program ‘De Perstribune’.

“It goes well for a few months, but every three or four months it shoots out. And that is hell, I can tell you”

“I suffered a tear when I was sitting with my knee between a table and chair and twisting myself,” Gordon explained. “It goes well for a few months, but every three or four months it shoots out. And that is hell, I can tell you.” The artist is therefore currently on crutches. It is not clear when exactly Gordon will be helped. “But I’ll have the rest done right away,” he joked.

It is not the first time that Gordon has suffered from his meniscus. In 2014 he also injured his knee during the recording of Geer & Goor. This happened while he was on a banana boat in Turkey.

Gordon also said on the broadcast that he cannot get used to the fact that he is a media phenomenon. “I just can’t get used to camera crews waiting outside for a few quotes from me,” he said. “Then I think: Don’t you have anything else in your life? Go do something! What do you want to hear from me?”
