KONTAN.CO.ID – JAKARTA. The spread of the Corona virus (Covid-19) still reflects the movement of the Combined Stock Price Index (IHSG) in the second half of 2020.
Mega Investama Director Hans Kwee projects that the JCI could touch the 5,100 level until the end of this year with the hope that the Covid-19 pandemic will improve and the economy will soon improve.
For preferred shares in the second half of 2020, Hans placed his choice on banking issuers big caps such as PT Bank Mandiri Tbk (BMRI), PT Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk (BBNI), PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk (BBRI).

Hans also advised investors to pay close attention to property and construction stocks. In addition to the stock valuation is quite good, investors can also look in the mirror of Wuhan City, where after Covid-19 subsided, the demand for housing began to increase.
