Enshrouded, a promising action role-playing game with open-world survival and co-op for 16 people, has been released on Steam Early Access

As promised, on January 24, early access to the cooperative role-playing action game with survival elements Enshrouded from the German studio Keen Games (Portal Knights) started on the digital distribution service Steam.

In Russian Steam The starting version of Enshrouded is sold for 1,399 rubles, but on the occasion of its release in early access, it received a 10 percent discount – until January 31, the game can be purchased for 1,259 rubles.

Within a few hours of the release of Enshrouded reached 69.9 thousand concurrent players and received over a thousand “mostly positive” reviews: the project’s rating on Steam is 74%.

Reviews compare Enshrouded to Valheim (in one of the reviews the game was dubbed Valheim 2.0), they praise the addictive gameplay and wide scope for self-expression, but complain about optimization, crashes and the general dampness of the product.

Enshrouded takes place in the magical kingdom of Ambervale, which is in decline due to a corrupting fog that distorts the appearance of its inhabitants and bends them to its will. Players must take on the threat.

They promise a voxel world, a wide selection of weapons, magic, the construction of castles and underground fortresses, a destructible environment (at least dig a hole in the mountain), co-op for 16 players and text translation into Russian.

All the basic mechanics are implemented in the starting version, and as early access progresses they plan to improve and supplement the gameplay, expand the world and the list of materials for construction. A full release is being prepared in a year.
