Enrique says that he had enough material for 2 books

Prince Harry has said he had enough material for two books, but held back because he didn’t think his father and brother would “forgive” him.

In an interview with Britain’s The Telegraph newspaper published on Saturday, he also said that publishing his autobiography was not an attempt to “collapse the monarchy. It’s about saving them from themselves.”

“And I know that I will be crucified by many people for saying that,” he added.

Enrique’s autobiography, titled “Spare” (translated into Spanish as “En la sombra”), sold 1.4 million copies in English on the first day of its publication. Many of the revelations and accusations about him have grabbed headlines in the media this week. In the book, the 38-year-old prince revealed how grieving the death of his mother, Princess Diana, affected him. and he exposed the resentment he felt for being “the reserve to the throne.”

“It could have been two books,” Enrique said in the interview. “But there are some things that have happened, mostly between me and my brother and to a certain extent between me and my father, that I just don’t want the world to know about. Because I think they would never forgive me.”

Enrique added in the interview that he was concerned about Guillermo’s children and commented that he felt “the responsibility of knowing that of those three children, at least one of them will end up like me, like the reserve. Additionally, that hurts, that worries me.”

He pointed out that he felt that way despite the fact that Guillermo made it clear that “his children are not my responsibility.”

Buckingham Palace and Kensington Palace have not commented on Harry’s book or the series of interviews he has done to publicize it.
