The EnREDarte circuit programming returns this weekend to various municipalities in Cantabria with theater shows, short stories, music, magic and parades.
Promoted by the Vice-presidency and Ministry of Culture, the program has in this edition with the participation of 124 companies, soloists and professional groups and a total of 189 theater, dance, magic, storytelling, parades, music and workshops, to bring different cultural activities to the municipalities.
This weekend, the shows start this afternoon at 7.30 pm in the Ajo auditorium, with the play ‘Amarillo fallen from the sky’, by Noise Interno. It is a multimedia work with live video, objects, models, miniature figures, an actor and a manipulator to tell how was the forced landing on June 14, 1929 on the beach of Oyambre of a plane leaving the United States he intended to get to Paris on a nonstop flight.
On Saturday 26, at 7 pm, the Theater of the Schools of Orejo (Marina de Cudeyo) will be the scene of the storyteller ‘La guerra de los cuentos’, by Amalgama Teatral. It is an interactive show that allows the public to be part of the work and even decide its end.
And at 9 pm, music will be the protagonist in the main square of Santillana del Mar with Sara Sua’s concert ‘Melodías de hoy siempre’, which will take a tour of the world of soul, blues, bolero and pop.
On Sunday 27, at 11 a.m., the Hoz de Anero sports complex, in Ribamontán al Monte, will host a musical performance by Brez and the Valle de Camargo Folkloric Association, which will present their project ‘Picayos 2.0’, to show the wealth of the Cantabrian folklore adapting its rhythms to modern music. An hour later, the magician Julianini will offer his family magic show ‘They are magical laughs’.
Also at 12 noon, the Vimenor cinema theater, in Vioño, presents the play ‘El viaje de Alicia’, by Amalgama Teatral.
The sports complex welcomes the aerial dance and music show ‘Theory of strings’, by Mehnai and Vane Peripecias, at 1 pm.
This complex will be the setting for ‘Friends by magic’, at 4 pm, by Eventos Decibelios. Two hours later, at 6 pm, the Kaskabelycia parade ‘Alice in Wonderland’ will take place.
Sunday’s events end at the Theater of the Schools of Orejo (Marina de Cudeyo), with the Julianini show ‘They are magical laughs’.
On Tuesday 29, at 8 pm, at the sports court in Sobarzo (Penagos), magic will also be the protagonist by the magician César Bueno with the show ‘Calle 21’.
