Fukuoka City’s subway has a total of three lines: the Airport Line, Hakozaki Line, and Nanakuma Line. Most trains on the Hakozaki Line run directly to Meinohama Station on the Airport Line. Additionally, the airport line runs directly with the JR Chikuhi Line, allowing you to reach the furthest point of Nishikaratsu Station in Saga Prefecture. The Nanakuma Line will also be extended to Hakata Station in 2023, eliminating the inconvenience of having to transfer on foot at Tenjin Minami Station in the past.
