The WerkSTADT Festival is again coming up with a premiere: “Singing and music on the river” is the motto for the first time at the “Pforzheim Picnic” on Sunday, July 23rd. On the banks of the river at Emiliensteg and on Simmlerstrasse, Salome Tendies and Andy Burgert will make the river banks ring with music from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. They will be accompanied by members of the children’s and youth concert choirs of the ChorAkademie PF, the vocal ensemble Herztouren and other singers. With picnic blankets, “open singing” becomes particularly cozy and atmospheric.
On the riverbank at AKT; and Café Roland, the Pforzheim picnic can be continued with live music and cocktails. The jazz concert with the ensemble led by Lukas and Max Diller will take place from 5 to 7 p.m. on the river bank on Theaterstrasse.
