Boss jokes about embarrassing incident
So Scott Renwick has to walk out of his police station in handcuffs to be taken to a nearby fire station. There the policeman can be cut out of his predicament – and the fetters of the criminal.

He wrote about the incident on Twitter: “Well, that wasn’t a good start to the day.” And his boss, Nick Adderley, reports the embarrassing matter with a wink. “I’d rather have chewed off my arm than to call the fire department,” he wrote. (euc)
