ENFIA: Who is affected by the payment deadline that expires today – Its payment – 2024-04-21 10:51:29

End of time today, Friday, April 19, for the payment of ENFIA by taxpayers (citizens and businesses) who want to collect the full tax refund they are entitled to, before the next mass offset by the Independent Public Revenue Authority (AADE) “runs”.

The tax authority “froze” for about ten days the offsets of tax refunds with debts to the State, in order to give the possibility to those concerned to pay the ENFIA in order to be able to collect any outstanding refund in full.

Beneficiaries who did not pay via web banking yesterday can receive their refund immediately if they pay this year’s property tax by today 4/19 for payment through the myAADE digital portal and myAADEapp.

Please note that owners can:

They have access to the ENFIA clearance notes through the myAADE digital portal, in the path: “Applications -> Popular Applications -> E9/ENFIA Declaration -> Application Login”, selecting Year 2024.

Proceed to pay the relevant debt through:

-of the myAADE digital portal, on the route:

My Account (Debts, Payments, Refunds) -> Debts Out of Setup and Payment, or

-the new application of AADE for mobile devices myAADEapp, in the selection: My Account (Debts, Payments, Refunds) -> Debts, Payments -> Payment of outstanding debts -> Next -> Choice of Payment Method (Via IRIS or By card) > Aggregate view of individual open out of regulation.

This year’s ENFIA is paid in 11 monthly installments, of which the first until the end of April and the last in February 2025. In the case of a one-off payment, no discount is provided and each monthly installment cannot be less than 10 euros.

However, there is also the possibility of paying the tax in up to 24 interest-bearing monthly installments, including the debt in the fixed arrangement.
It is worth noting that the application of the Independent Public Revenue Authority (AADE) is also available to property owners for correcting errors in E9.

Property owners can submit amending declarations if they have found errors or omissions in matters of small ownership or usufruct, co-ownership percentages or even the floor of the property, which can lead to an increase in ENFIA.

After the submission of an amending statement, a new settlement of the ENFIA will be made, thus “deflating” the original settlement.
