His accounts payable LIGHT for 2024 they will be posted on the platform myAADE over the weekend and will affect more than 7 million property owners.
It is reminded that the amounts will be posted on the owners’ Taxisnet. Taxpayers will need to log in with their passwords to the application “Declaration E9/ENFIA” of AADE in order to obtain the payment ID with the total amount LIGHT and them monthly doses corresponding.
Installments and discounts
This year, the ENFIA payment can be made in 11 doseswith the first of them to April 30, 2024 and the last to February 28, 2025.
At the same time, it is foreseen 10% discount for property owners who have been insured in the previous year against natural disasters (floods, fires and earthquakes).
Those who pay the income tax in one lump sum are expected to get a discount 3%. “When the personal income tax for the fiscal year 2023 is paid in one lump sum until the due date for the first installment, a three (3%) percent discount is provided to the total amount of the tax and the debts confirmed with it,” the relevant provision states.
Who will pay more?
The ENFIA will be increased for those who acquired a property for the first time within 2023. At the same time, the same applies to those who acquired additional property, but also those who corrected their property situation in E9 in the application of the AADE.
In the same category belong those who saw an increase in their income but also their family situation changed, as a result of which they lose the exemption from ENFIA either by 50% or by 100%.
Who are entitled to a reduced ENFIA?
In order to be granted the ENFIA reduction for insured homes, the insurance must have taken place within 2023.
Also:
- The residence must be insured in an insurance company that is registered in the Register of Insurance Companies, which is maintained by the Private Insurance Supervision Directorate of the Bank of Greece,
- The home insurance must cumulatively cover the insurance risks of earthquake, fire and flood for a period of at least three months within the same year,
- The insurance should cover the total value of the reconstruction of the building or buildings that make up the residence. The reconstruction value of the house is set at 900 euros per square meter.
