DRAFTING.- The insurance brokerage of the General Council of Nursing, Enferseguros, has added one more advantage to its health insurance for the nursing group and their families. New registrations made effective February 1, 2021 may make use of all the coverages included in the policy from the first day, without deficiencies and assuming pre-existence, except in cases of serious pathologies. (Only valid for new registrations with effect date 02/01/2021)
Without deficiencies or preexistence
Among the grace periods included in the general conditions of the Enferseguros health insurance policy with ASISA are 8 months for hospitalizations for medical, surgical, pediatric, psychiatric or maternity reasons and 6 months for family planning techniques, special tests diagnostic, special treatment techniques, psychotherapy or outpatient surgeries.
On the other hand, with the new promotion launched by Enferseguros, these grace periods will not apply.
In addition, in the promotional period in force, which ends on February 1, the policy will assume pre-existing conditions for new registrations, except for serious pathologies.
