After the pivotal index was exceeded in August, December and February, the Federal Planning Bureau reported early this month that the pivotal index would also be exceeded in April. So four exceedances in just nine months. But the Planning Bureau had not yet taken into account the energy measures of the federal government: the VAT reduction on electricity from 21 to 6 percent, an extension of social rates and the heating check of 100 euros per electricity connection.
