These measures are now being followed up by the federal energy saving plan for buildings. This plan consists of both mandatory measures and recommendations. The goal is to reduce consumption by 15 percent between 1 October 2022 and 31 March 2023 compared to the average consumption of the last five years. For this, monitoring will be set up. Most of the measures are expected to be implemented by next Monday.
