Of the people who are still called, almost everyone says they find the bells annoying. Only 4 percent say they have no problems with it.
Telemarteking-wet
The new Telemarketing Act came into effect on 1 July last year. This stipulated that companies may only call if a consumer has given explicit permission to do so or has previously been a customer of the company. That law replaced the Do Not Call Registry.

The new law also offers the so-called right of opposition. A consumer can indicate that he no longer wishes to be called, but companies do not care about that either. 84 percent of the people who used it were called again afterwards.
Changing numbers
The respondents in the Radar survey mainly mentioned many energy brokers and also energy companies. They also often called from different numbers who, when Radar called back, indicated that they did not mediate in energy or that the editors were incorrectly connected.
The program makers also received a message for some of the songs that this no longer existed.
