Enefit Green sells 2 heat supply companies

Enefit Green sells Paides and Valkas heat supply companies to Estonia’s largest heat supply company Utilitas. The value of the transaction is 15.8 million. euro.

In Paide, the object of the transaction is a centralized heat supply company, which includes a cogeneration station completed in 2015, a biomass boiler house, a backup boiler house and a solar energy park. The company has 21 employees, heat energy is sold to 226 buildings.

Valka’s centralized heat supply business includes cogeneration stations built in 2012 and backup boiler houses. The company has 10 employees, thermal energy is sold to the residents of the city of Valka.
