After more than fifteen days of strike, an agreement was found between the parties on the main demands of the agents of the Lamentin aquatic center. Pay disparities are now abolished. Work resumed this Thursday, July 1, 2021.
After nearly fifteen days of strike, a snail operation carried out on Thursday, June 24, 2021, on the roads of the city, the parties finally came to an agreement on the main demands made by the agents of the Lamentin aquatic center affiliated to the Union union Syndicale Autonome de Martinique (USAM), i.e. similar treatment for all employees.
After seven hours of discussions last night (Wednesday, June 30, 2021), an end-of-conflict protocol was signed.
Work resumed this Thursday, July 1, 2021. However, we will have to wait a little before being able to dive back into the basins which must be rehabilitated.
