People have covered the relationship first time at the end of March this year. The two have kept a low profile but have appeared together on various occasions.
Humm is a well-known restaurateur, chef and, among other things, is behind the renowned Eleven Madison Park restaurant in New York.
Neither Moore nor Humm have commented on the relationship in the past — or the breakup now.
