“In reality.. There is no problem in anyone’s life that is not big or unimportant. But opening wisdom to a friend who is suffering is to tell the friend that there is a perspective from which to look at things. If we see that the problem is bigger than ourselves We will have only a little left. Until we can’t find a solution. It will be mired in suffering and unable to see a way out.
But if we see that the problem is smaller than ourselves, it means that we still have a way to find a way out of that suffering.. Not drowning in suffering will make everyone’s lives go on.. It didn’t help much for Joyce, but Bo got through it. That’s because of Bo’s strength.
