On the occasion of the Brittany Daythe citizen council of Guingamp-Paimpol agglomeration offers a encounter with three historians researchers Wednesday May 17, at 7 p.m., at the Théâtre du Champ au Roy.
This meeting is aimed at “inhabitants who are curious and passionate about history and history(s)”, indicates the citizen council.
The idea:
Address the issues of citizen participation of volunteer amateurs engaged in issues of discovery, creation, mediation and all forms of enhancement of common heritage.
The citizen council invited artists and professional specialists sensitive to the work of these history buffs:
- Victoire Doris is director of Landscapes of Megaliths (association in charge of registering the megaliths on the banks of the Morbihan at UNESCO) in Carnac.
- Goulven Jaouen is an artist sculptor collaborator of the Valley of the Saints.
- Jean-Claude Voisin is archaeologist-orientalist of the Society of French Explorersauthor of a historical and archaeological investigation entitled “The cult of Mithras: from Mont Dol to Mont-Saint-Michel”.
