Key Account Manager (m/w/d)
Your area of responsibility
- Identify and develop customer plans to increase revenue while managing compliance, profitability and revenue channel development.
- Qualify and quantify the customer’s holistic needs in the areas of AV, event technology, production, creativity, digital technology and all technical requirements for events.
- Understanding the client’s industry trends and building a network that creates credibility, relationships and customer retention opportunities.
- Signing and implementing strategic agreements and framework agreements with customers to build longer-term, deeper partnerships
- Responsible for generating leads and developing opportunities within existing customers to generate additional sales.
- Support field sales teams with customer insights into managed accounts to improve win rates in our partner areas
- Timely and consistent customer reporting, delivery and communication of key requirements.
The bring You with:
- Study or training in the event industry, hotel industry or related service sectors such as event management, hotel management or hotel management
- Sales experienced and goal-oriented personality
- Strong service mentality and strong communication skills
- Team player with a desire to work independently
- Experience in customer service
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience creating and executing a strategic, tailored client plan
- In-depth understanding of the corporate events market
- Willingness and ability to travel
- Very good knowledge of German and very good English
