Our industry is at a crossroads between business and talent. At emptyvessel we take a Developer-First approach to our direction and execution. We understand that every innovation in this industry has been led by a developer taking risks – every new IP, every billion-dollar franchise. The next huge hit in gaming could come from anywhere.
The System will be the first game from this studio. The creators want to use their experience in the field of shootersand The System is to be based on Unreal Engine 5. The game is inspired by films, graphic novels and games set in dystopian science-fiction worlds.
However, it is important to remember that setting up a studio is only the first step in this difficult journey. We recently received confirmation that Deviation Games, which was supposed to develop the answer to Call of Duty, was shut down before their first game hit the market. We will have to wait a long time for further details about Emptyvessel’s game, but it is worth remembering this team, because with such a lineup, their game could be a really interesting project.
We are a brand new studio focused on immersive shooter experiences. In due time, we will reveal THE SYSTEM. Until then, join us at: pic.twitter.com/qbPtUQRyxf
