The prediction, according to Silvia, is cyber bullying. Because the informant was not present, he was then interviewed and made a parody. Silvia considered the parody an act that should not be taken against state officials, especially ministers. Given that the Minister of Health Terawam is a representation of the President of the Republic of Indonesia.
“In the Civil and Criminal Code, when talking to journalists, we do use the press law but it is also reported on a civil and criminal basis through the courts or the police. When we are both stuck we go to the press council to ask for directions,” explained Silvia.
Regarding the evidence that was brought, said Silvia, there was a video fragment from Youtube. However, it does not rule out other evidence, after reporting to the Cyber section of the Metro Jaya Police. Then he also admitted that he had communicated with the press council and would discuss this issue.
“The press council opens the opportunity for us to come and discuss. Because we don’t want to attack someone but we just want Najwa Shihab’s treatment, in front of millions of Indonesians not being repeated by other journalists or just being imitated,” Silvia concluded.
