1. Regardless of the number of employment contracts existing between the employer and the employee, all of them must be considered as a single contract.

2. The TFR is calculated at the time of termination of the employment relationship. It is calculated on the basis of the salary received on that day. 15 days’ salary each year for the first three years and one month’s salary each year after three years as severance pay.
