Job Description
As a single mother, I cannot take my daughter to school and extracurricular activities and work full time. You and I will work as a team. I will provide you with a vehicle to drive while you live with us. Your insurance and the gas you use to drive my daughter are covered by me in addition to your monthly stipend. Any additional trips you make will be able to use the vehicle, but you will pay for your own gasoline. During the school year, you’ll drop Vesta off at school and then have the rest of the day to yourself until it’s time to pick her up after her music and gym lessons. Once I get home from work, you’ll have the rest of the afternoon to yourself and the weekends free. In the summer, we will work together to create a schedule where Vesta is active outside the home with other children and where you have some free time during the day for yourself and, of course, free evenings.
Vesta is seven years old now and will need help preparing meals when you are together and reminders to keep her room clean and pick up her things, although most of this will be accomplished if you lead by example.
I work for American Airlines, so we fly a lot and enjoy the holidays. If you want to come with us, we can work out the details, but you are in no way obligated to accompany us when we travel.
